KEXIN 110KW Medium Frequency Induction Metal Melting Furnace
What is 110KW Medium Frequency Induction Metal Melting Furnace Advantages?
Since the principle of the 110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace is electromagnetic induction heating, non-contact heating, the heating method has a fast heating speed, so there is very little oxidation, high heating efficiency, and good process repeatability.
110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace operation is simple and the degree of automation is high. The automatic feeding and discharging sub-inspection device is selected to realize fully automatic unmanned operation.
110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace heating is uniform, the temperature control accuracy is high, and the induction heating is easy to achieve uniform heating. Convenient temperature adjustment, good stability, high reliability, precise and continuous power adjustment, which can realize precise temperature control.
Compared with other heating methods, 110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace has high heating efficiency, low energy consumption and no pollution.
Metal melting furnace working environment is good, there is almost no heat, noise and dust; the 110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace has a small footprint and high production efficiency.
The oxidation burning loss rate of 110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace forgings is only 0.5%. The traditional heating furnace that heats each ton of forgings saves 20-50kg of raw materials of steel.
110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace saves a lot of electricity, and every ton of steel is heated, it consumes 310 degrees of electricity. Compared with KGPS thyristor intermediate frequency, metal melting furnace can save power by 20%-30%.
Because this heating method heats evenly, the temperature difference between the core and the meter is extremely small, it will not cause network side pollution, the power supply transformer does not heat, the substation compensation capacitor does not heat, and does not interfere with the operation of other equipment. Reduce the capacity of the power supply transformer.
The induction heating of 110KW medium frequency induction metal melting furnace is an accurate, fast, repeatable, efficient, non-contact technology for heating metal or any other conductive materials.

An induction heating system includes an induction power supply for converting line power into alternating current and delivering it to a working head, and a working coil for generating an electromagnetic field in the coil. Induction generates an electromagnetic field in the coil to transfer energy to the workpiece to be heated. When current passes along a wire, a magnetic field is generated around the wire. The workpiece is placed in the coil so that the magnetic field induces a current in the workpiece, which in turn generates heat.
The water-cooled coil is located around or on the boundary of the workpiece. It does not contact the workpiece, and the heat is only generated by the induced current transmitted through the workpiece. The material used to manufacture the workpiece can be metal, such as copper, aluminum, steel, or brass. It can also be a semiconductor, such as graphite, carbon or silicon carbide.
How is induction different from natural gas/fuel?
Combustion furnaces and induction furnaces generate heat in two completely different ways. In the combustion furnace, heat is generated by burning fuels such as coke, oil or natural gas. The burning fuel makes the internal temperature of the furnace higher than the melting point of the charge placed inside.
It heats the surface of the charge and refractory material to melt the metal. The induction furnace generates heat cleanly and does not burn fuel. The electric current in the metal heats and melts the metal from the inside. Through induction, you can heat directly.
Can I use the same melting system to melt iron and non-iron?
The melt system may be specifically designed for the most efficient smelting of iron or non-ferrous metals, so it may need to be modified to handle materials originally designed to achieve the same efficiency and productivity. Please note that you should contact your refractory supplier to ensure that your refractory is suitable for the metal you are melting.
What is the heating process of metal melting furnace
In order to heat non-conductive materials such as plastic or glass, induction can be used to heat a conductive base such as graphite, which then transfers heat to the non-conductive material.
Induction heating can be used in processes as low as 100ºC (212°F) and as high as 3000°C (5432°F). It can also be used for short heating processes lasting less than half a second and heating processes lasting several months.
Heat Treatment (surface hardening, quenching, annealing, tempering).
The length of the induction coil is usually 600mm or 800mm. When the material is coarse or long, the induction coil is even 1 meter long or more than 1 meter, and there are 5-10 pieces of material heating. The induction coil is easy to replace. According to different diameter workpieces, different sizes of induction coils are used.
The output frequency is 1-10KHZ. According to the diameter of the heated workpiece, the induction coil and capacitor are designed to achieve different frequencies and adapt to the heating of different materials. When the material is fine, the heating frequency is higher, which can ensure heat transmission and higher heating efficiency; when the material is coarse, the frequency should be lower to ensure heat transmission.
Melting
Metal melting furnace mainly refers to the melting of metal into liquid by heating the metal, the melting of iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc and various precious metals such as gold and silver.
When each metal melting furnace is 40-50 minutes induction furnace, the melting time of each furnace is 20-30 minutes. Suitable for smelting large amounts of metal or production. Low melting point metals will melt faster. The highest furnace temperature can reach 1500-2000 degrees. The heating speed is fast, and the temperature is constant after heating. Simple installation, safe operation, environmental protection and energy saving. Light weight, small size, and high purification efficiency. Full protection: equipped with alarm devices such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and water shortage, and automatic control and protection.
Welding
Welding diamond/carbide saw blade, diamond cutting tools, grinding tools and drilling welding.
Carbide cutting tools for machining welding. Such as turning and milling cutter welding.
Mining tools welding, such as pillar gear drill bits, dovetail coal drill bits, drill rods riveting, all kinds of shearer.
The welding of wood working tools, such as woodworking planer, milling and drill.
Forging
Using pneumatic feeding method, for a certain bar material, adjusting the power of the equipment and the feeding rhythm, the red bar material can be automatically pushed out for forging use, and the operation is very convenient.
