What is Induction Heating?

Induction heating is a new technology for heating. In this way, metal objects are heated instantaneously to the required temperature, including the melting point. Unlike other heating methods, it can produce high temperatures without contact with the metal objects. Such method can directly generate high temperatures inside metal objects. It not only heats the metal object as a whole, but also selectively heats each part locally.

High Frequency Induction Heating Equipment not only has technical advantages, but also a revolution in heating methods. It is also electric energy heating, which can save 40% of electricity compared to traditional furnaces, electric ovens, etc. Both high frequency machines and medium frequency machines have a wide range of applications:

THE INDUCTION HEAT TREATMENT PROCESS
Heat Treatment

Local or whole quenching, annealing, tempering and heat conduction of various metals.

WHAT IS INDUCTION HEAT TREATMENT
Hot Forming

Whole forging, partial forging, hot upsetting, hot rolling.

Welding

Brazing of various metal products, welding of various tool blades, serrated saw blades, welding of steel pipes, copper pipes and welding of different kinds of metals.

THE PROCESS OF INDUCTION MELTING
Metal Smelting

Gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum and other metals (vacuum) smelting, casting and evaporative coating.

There are also some special applications of high frequency heating machine: semiconductor single crystal growth, thermal coordination, bottle heat sealing, toothpaste skin heat sealing, powder coating, metal implant plastics, etc.

Four Ways To Contact Ambrell For Support

Advantages of induction heating

High efficiency and energy saving.  It can save 2/3 of the power than the high frequency of the electron tube.

Low maintenance costs. No fragile and expensive tubes.

Special Safety: No high voltage, eliminating the danger of high voltage electric shock.

Easy to Install: Just connect the power supply and water pipes, it can be completed in 10 minutes. Easy operation: user can learn in a few minutes.

Induction technology is not only used in liquid melting and casting of metals, but also has unique advantages in welding. For example, diamond cutter head welding, alloy welding, traditional machining alloy tool welding, mining tools, woodworking tool welding, and so on.
