High frequency Brazing Welding Machine

KEXIN offers an array of brazing machines suitable for different purposes. Or we can custom build a brazing machine, especially for your applications.

Our brazing welding machines are becoming an international standard. KEXIN uses resistance brazing, where the device makes contact with both pieces of metal being joined and pulls them together before silver soldering them. Resistance brazing is an alternative to induction brazing, providing a similar result at a significantly lower cost.

The machine generates a high-frequency alternating current, which flows through an induction coil to create a rapidly changing magnetic field. When a conductive metal workpiece is placed within this field, eddy currents are induced inside the material.

These induced currents generate heat directly within the metal due to electrical resistance, allowing the workpiece to reach brazing temperature quickly and uniformly.

Types of Induction Bearing Heaters

Germany SIEMENS INFINEON IGBT Module (40-60KH Zoscillation frequency, fast response time, high arc stability and almost spatter-free welding)

Japan Nichicon electrolytic capacitor (filter capacitor).

Adopted signal circuit, drive circuit board, control circuit board and components: Toshiba, Hitachi, Motorola and also China’s top manufacturers.

International advanced all-solid-state semiconductor power devices.

Imported transistor integrated block.

High-speed control tube.

As with perfect control, protection and alarm display circuit, the 140KW brazing welding machine could get full automatic tracking frequency and continuously adjustable power. It is also safe and dependable protection, clear and occurs data display and etc.

Wide application of 140KW High Frequency Brazing Welding Machine

High frequency brazing machine can be used for the welding of various diamond drill bits, all kinds of carbide cutter bits, saw blades, various pick bits, drill pipes, coal mine bits, pneumatic drill bits and other mining machinery accessories.

Melting

KEXIN Induction melting systems are used in foundries, universities, laboratories and research centers. The systems melt everything from ferrous and non-ferrous metals to nuclear material and medical/dental alloys.

Welding

Induction welding machine is a form of welding that uses electromagnetic induction to heat the workpiece. The welding apparatus contains an induction coil that is energized with a radio-frequency electric current.

Welding of air-conditioning and refrigeration accessories such as: pipe joints, distributors, distributor tail pipes, sight glasses, four-way valve end caps, flute tubes, liquid storage bottles, drying bottles, stop valves and other public security gold high frequency brazing weld.

Welding of automotive air-conditioning refrigeration accessories: such as high-frequency brazing of evaporator outlet pipes, single-tube pressing plates, double-pipe pressing plates, air-conditioning pipes, sight glasses, parallel flow microchannel flat pipe joints, aluminum distributors and other accessories .

Welding of water-cooled belt joints and cold plates and other accessories in the cooling system of the power battery pack of new energy vehicles.

How does induction forging work

Induction forging is an ideal process that combines precision, control, economy and safety. Through induction, you can concentrate the heat only on the part of the material to be forged and effectively heat it to a ductile temperature.

Due to Kexin’s inherent precision and control capabilities, there is no risk of incorrect shapes due to incorrect temperature or damage to tools used in subsequent production steps.
