How does induction welding work?
The welding machine induces heating from a radio frequency alternating current to magnetically excite the implant, which is located at the joint interface of the two parts being welded. The implant or gasket is usually a polymer composite material to be welded to metal fibers or ferromagnetic particles.
What are the welding steps?

What is high frequency induction welding?
High-frequency induction welding is used to make the strip into a tube or tube, and then feed it into a roller, which makes the strip into a cylindrical shape. The high frequency coil introduces current into the tube before the squeeze roller.
