Why Choose Intermediate Frequency for Metal Billet Heating?

Intermediate frequency forging system is generally used for heating before forging. Because the heated metal blanks require diathermy performance, they are also called diathermic furnaces in the forging industry. The intermediate frequency forging system uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat energy to heat the metal blank. This has changed the scene of the blacksmith shop where coal was burned and heated for ironing thousands of years ago, and the labor intensity of the forging industry is greatly reduced, labor efficiency is greatly improved, and the forging environment is greatly improved. The quality of improving and heating metal blanks has been greatly stabilized and has become the new favorite of the forging industry.

Intermediate frequency (IF) induction forging uses electromagnetic induction at medium frequencies (300 Hz – 20 kHz) to rapidly and uniformly heat metal billets for shaping, offering significant energy savings, reduced material loss (less oxidation), and faster, cleaner operation than traditional furnaces, ideal for large batches or thick sections requiring deep hardening.

    What are Quenching Machine Tools?

Quenching machine tools, as the name implies, generally refer to special machine tools that use induction heating power supplies for quenching processes. They have the advantages of high precision, good reliability, time saving and labor saving.

They are mainly composed of a bed, a slide, a clamping and rotating mechanism, a cooling system, a quenching liquid circulation system, an electrical control system, etc. Quenching machine tools are generally single-station (double-station quenching machine tools can be used for small-diameter workpieces).

Quenching machine tools are structurally divided into two categories: vertical and horizontal. Users can choose quenching machine tools according to the quenching process. For special parts or special processes, special quenching machine tools can be designed and manufactured according to the heating process requirements.

    What is Cold Welding Machine?

Cold welding machine is developed by the former Soviet Union experts using the circuit principle similar to electrical discharge machine. The original coating thickness of the machine can only reach about 30μm, so it cannot meet the needs of repair.

After a lot of research and development, t the output power was improved, the structure of the welding gun and the material composition of the electrode were also improved. The cold welding machine is to fuse the special welding wire to the damaged part of the workpiece.

Kexin offers an extensive line of crucibles for all your melting or casting needs.
Our ceramic crucibles are used with our induction melting systems. We also have ceramic crucibles for the melting and casting of metal materials in our high frequency and medium frequency series melting furnace.

    MOLD REPAIRING MACHINE

Mold repair machine can repair a small number of defects, such as processing defects, collision damage, insufficient argon welding, casting defects and accumulated wear, etc., in the mold, casting, and mechanical parts. It is a useful tool for related industries to improve product quality, reduce production costs and extend the service life of equipment.

The new generation of mould repairing machines is mainly realised by the principle of sub laser welding. After welding, it is completely metallurgical fusion without worrying about falling off. The characteristics of this welding repair method are: very short time, very small heat. The welding machine can complete the welding process of welding wire and workpiece in milliseconds.

Mold repairing machine can repair the machining defects in the manufacturing process, such as excessive cutting, size out of tolerance, edge damage, and lack of argon welding and so on. It can also repair the local wear in the process of using the tool and die. It can also repair the corrosion of the cavity and other depressions.

    Crucibles

The Graphite Crucibles are designed to melt metals such as gold, silver, copper, and aluminum. These graphite crucibles are ideal for our high frequency series induction melting systems for a variety of melting applications.

The Silicon Carbide crucibles (SiC) are used when melting with our larger induction melting systems, they are durable, do not oxidize and break down as quickly as graphite.
